My Bio:
Kevin Lee an industry pioneer in Search Engine Marketing was introduced at several conferences recently as “the godfather of SEM” due to Kevin’s tenure and experience. However, Kevin’s digital marketing expertise extends beyond SEM / SEO encompassing social and display media as well as other forms of digital marketing. Kevin’s four books include “Search Engine Advertising” and Kevin also has authored hundreds of columns, shared strategic and tactical best practices at over 400 conferences and seminars as a speaker, keynoting many. Kevin started Didit in 1996 and developed Maestro; Didit’s search, social and auction-based display campaign optimization technology as well as Didit MAPS technology a hyper-geotargeting technology that can be applied to any SEM campaign to drive performance lift.
Under Kevin’s leadership, Didit earned Inc. 500 & Deloitte fast 500 recognition. Kevin also contributes to the SEM industry evolution as a 9-year SEMPO Board member (and it’s first elected Chairperson). Kevin’s interests also include cause marketing as a founder of We-Care.com and he and the Didit team enjoy experimentin with SEO best practices on blogs and on PowerProfiles.com, an online business directory.
Kevin earned his MBA from Yale School of Management in 1992 and lives in Manhattan with his wife (a New York Psychologist who also dabbles in real estate with Phillips Club Resales) and kids. Kevin was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 and 2009 Award Finalist in Metro New York Area and received the 2008 Direct Marketing Club of New York, Mal Dunn Leadership Award.

In 2008, Kevin Lee and partner David Pasternack launched a social entrepreneurship venture, www.We-Care.com a web technology that generates millions of dollars of passive donation revenue for non-profit causes including schools, universities, associations, clubs and houses of worship.
