My new favorite outdoor Manhattan business meeting location. Little Island. Wow. Pic is beauty and the beast (sailboat and garbage barge LOL). Just get there by 11:45 if you don’t want the hassle of having to reserve free tickets. They often have events and so to control the crowds they have a ticketing system.
Without the contrasting boats LOL.
